RA [Research Assistant] – Qualification – B.Sc MLT – Experience – fresher or around 8 to 12 months
- Recruitment and Screening activities.
- Informed Consent Process and demographic data record or volunteers.
- Prepare study specific labels (Vaccutainer and Cryovial labels)
- Site preparation for the study
- Ensuring the enrollment of eligible volunteers
- Compliance check and Baggage and Body check of the volunteers during check in and check out
- Meal distribution and to check/ensure study compliance, restrictions during study.
- Cannulation and Dosing of the Subjects during Study
- Biological Sample Collection, Centrifugation, Separation, Storage and Shipment.
- To work according to the application guidelines and applicable Synchron’s SOP
Custodian – Qualification – B.Sc any stream – Experience – fresher or around 8 to 12 months
- To ensure routine requirement of studies as per study protocol.
- To ensure CPUs are ready before initiation and during conduct of Clinical studies
- To remain present during clinical conduct to handle ongoing clinical activities.
- To attend clinical study participants promptly in case of any emergencies.
- To ensure Physician is available during conduct of study.
